About Anobliss Cream

LIDOCAINE+NIFEDIPINE is a combination of two different drugs namely Lidocaine (local anaesthetic) and Nifedipine (calcium channel blocker), used to in the treatment of Anal fissure (tear in the lining of the anus).  An anal fissure is usually a small tear or cuts in the lining of the anus. This crack in the skin is responsible for causing extreme pain and bleeding during and after bowel movements. Sometimes these fissures can be deep enough to cause spasms in the anal sphincter, which is an end part of the anus. A person dealing with anal fissure may experience pain during/ after a bowel movement, bleeding during the stool, and visible crack around the anus area.

LIDOCAINE+NIFEDIPINE consists of two drugs, namely Lidocaine and Nifedipine. Lidocaine belongs to the class of local anaesthesia and used to diminish inconvenience or pain associated with anal fissure Being a sedative. It works by causing temporary loss of sensation in the anal region. It does so by blocking both the initiation and conduction of nerve impulses by decreasing the neuronal membrane's permeability to sodium ions, that further results in a reduction of depolarization with resultant blockade of conduction. In this way, the person gets relief in pain associated with rectal discomfort. While Nifedipine works by relaxing the smooth muscles present around the anus and by promoting the blood in the anal area that helps to heal the anal fissure faster. Nifedipine also blocks the action of calcium on the blood vessels of the anus. All of these actions reduce anal canal pressure which relieves pain and spasm. In this way, the LIDOCAINE+NIFEDIPINE helps in healing anal fissures.
 

Directions for Use

Before using LIDOCAINE+NIFEDIPINE, clean the affected area with gentle soap and water. Then rinse, and pat dry the area. LIDOCAINE+NIFEDIPINE comes with single-use wipes to clean the affected area. Gently, fill the medication in the applicator and insert it just 1/2 to 1 inch inside the anus area. Also, apply the medication on the anal opening as suggested by the doctor. Discard the applicator after every single use and never reuse. Never apply this medication with your finger only use the applicator. To apply for the medicine in the outside region of the anus, one should apply a small amount of medication to the affected area by gently rubbing it. Wash the hands immediately after applying for the medicine in the affected region. Avoid the contact of LIDOCAINE+NIFEDIPINE with nose, ears, eyes, or mouth. Apply this drug regularly to get the utmost benefits. Seek medical help if your condition does not improve with time or get worsened after one to two weeks.

BREAST FEEDING
